The Pitter Patter of Little Dickinson Feet?

No, I'm not pregnant. :) I debated about writing things for a bit before I calmed your fears. But I figured I should just get to the point.

Matt and I talked a lot last night about children. Needless to say, we're not going to have any right now. Nor when I lose thirty pounds unless a miracle happens and we make a lot of money so we can get at least one reliable car that we know would start in the morning, so we can afford all the diapers, clothes, formula, bottles, crib, and everything else that baby would need.

I don't want anyone reading this to say or even think "I told her so,". I knew all along we weren't financially ready, or maybe even emotionally ready to have a baby. But, and Matt knows this, it's something I've always wanted, so bad. Ever since I was a little girl, I just wanted to be a stay at home mom. It's the only dream that hasn't changed (besides owning a thoroughbred horse farm lol), and when I want something so bad, I don't think about everything that will be needed. I just get excited that "Oh! My dream might finally be able to happen!"

So we're not going to be trying anytime soon. I do realize we both have things we want to do and accomplish before we bring children into the world. Because once they are here, it's all about them, especially babies.

There.... that's it. It's out there. No babies for us yet. And it sucks because a ton of people around me here that are my age and younger are pregnant.... :-/

*sighs* so.... yeah... bye
