Today I went to the BMV and got my new d!river license with my new last name! And the picture even turned out good! haha Looks almost exactly like my old picture (which was really good too)! I registered to vote up here while I was there getting my new license. Except I messed up my signature and it looks really sloppy.... but that is okay... I think.... oops...
Then I went to go find the Social Security Administration. I was nervous there... I didn't want to mess anything up!!! But finally they called my number and I went to the lady... She asked for the marriage certificate... and I handed her three different papers regarding the marriage because I didn't know what one she meant.... Silly me... good grief Abbi haha. But eventually, I got it and answered the questions she asked and bada-bing.... I was given a receipt for applying and it is supposed to arrive in the mail between 10 days and 2 weeks.... So we'll see!!
Other than that, our Easter went well. Exhausting, but good! :)
